I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

an

Ordinance to amend the General Loan and Inscribed Stock Ordinance, 1913,

and I Ar of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

2.

This Ordinance was introduced on the instructions of the Seoret: ry

of State contained in his circular despatch of the 20th April, 1921.

3.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which la Ixellenc Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His

behalf.
